Fee for all events:
Unless a different price has been agreed upon. Call if you are a non profit organization ( I do not work for free, and my supplies are expencive.)
$80.00 for the first hour and $60.00 hour for each additional hour. For Birthday / Halloween / Baby Shower, Parties, This fee is for up to 10 children/adults. Each person over the amount of 10, will be $5.00. I can paint about 10 to 15 faces in an hour. Note, a $15.00 overtime payment will be added to the origional total for every 15 minutes overtime. Entertainer will receive a 10minute break if they need it.
( Note – a minimum booking time is 1 hour, maximum booking time is 8 hours)

Liability Statement;
Entertainers are not liable for allergic reations to paints/attachents or balloons. Children with skin allergies or senditive skin, should either not participate, or have the artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the event. For safty reasons, children under 2 years of age should not be painted or recieve balloons. Parents who have thier child painted or recieving a balloon, will do so at thier own risk. We are not responsible if something happens. Artist will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, any infectious skin condition, eczema or open wounds. Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to entertainers equipment or supplies cased by pets or guests. Entertainers will not supervise children. Their behavior is the responsibility and safety is the client/s and/or parents. Entertainers cannot see other children and what they are doing while they are painting or doing balloons. Small children should not be allowed to hold balloons. Putting balloons in the mouth can result in death. Please supervise children of all ages very carefully with balloons. The entertainers have the right to cease painting/balloons and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions and the client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the client's attention. Advers conditions include, but not limited to; extreme heat/cold, distructive, violent, or inapproperiate behaviour of a child or adult, illegal activities, and dangerous conditions. All parking will be paid for by the client. We need parking close to the entrance door or event location, to bring our supplies into the event. Client must give us at least a week notice if canceling. If we have to cancel, we will let you know at least a week ahead, and do our best to find a replacement, if you wish. The client agrees to giving the entertainers full advertizing and customer media exposer.

> I/we agree to let the entertainers use all pictures taken and the company event name for any or all advertising, including internet, promotional material, and any other area that we feel necessary. (note – We have forms for the parents to sign if they would like a picture taken and emailed to them, or if the client would prefure us getting indevidual permission from the parents.)
